Charleen brings over 20 years of nursing expertise, specializing in critical care, vascular procedures, and nursing administration, with experience in both hospital and outpatient settings at Stanford, Kaiser, and Valley Medical Center. Since 2009, she has broadened her nursing practice to include sclerotherapy and cosmetic procedures, merging her vascular access background with a keen aesthetic sense to offer safe, personalized treatments for spider veins. Education
Charleen’s passion for serving others began early when she volunteered in the burn ICU at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle at just 16 years old. This experience inspired her to pursue nursing, and she earned her Licensed Practical Nurse degree in 2001 and her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2003. She is in her final quarter of a Master of Science in Nursing, focusing on Nursing Administration.

Outside of Nursing, Charleen is dedicated to supporting youth as a CASA, enjoys horseback riding, and runs a non-profit focused on improving the safety of cardiovascular implants. She cherishes time spent traveling with her husband and their four children.
