Yangling Hu, MSN, FMP-C
Yan Hu, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in wound care and vascular health. Prior to becoming an NP, Yan spent over five years as a registered nurse specializing in complex wound management and patient education, which sparked her passion for improving outcomes in vascular patients.
Education
Yanling earned her Master of Science in Nursing from San Jose State University and holds national certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Yan is committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate care with a focus on prevention, patient empowerment, and long-term wellness.
Philosophy
She is fluent in both English and Mandarin and values building meaningful relationships with her patients and their families. In her free time, Yan enjoys exploring the outdoors with her children, trying new recipes, and staying active.
