Introducing Dr. Rian Holayter to Hill Vascular and Vein Center
We are thrilled to welcome Rian A. Holayter, MD, to Hill Vascular and Vein Center, where he will be joining Dr. Bradley Hill to continue providing exceptional vascular care to our patients. Dr. Holayter brings a wealth of expertise in both vascular and neuro interventional radiology, making him a valuable addition to our team.
Interventional Radiology Interventions
Dr. Holayter specializes in a wide range of interventional procedures, including endovascular treatment for peripheral arterial disease (PAD), chronic total occlusions (CTO), and atherectomy. He is also highly skilled in interventional oncology, performing complex procedures such as Y-90 radioembolization, chemoembolization, and tumor ablation. His advanced capabilities extend to stroke thrombectomy, thoracic duct and uterine fibroid embolization, biliary and renal interventions, and deep venous reconstruction and beyond.
Background
Dr. Holayter’s professional journey spans several prestigious institutions. Most recently, he serves as an interventional radiologist at Regional Medical Center in San Jose, California, and has held academic positions at the University of Louisville, where he was the Fellowship Program Director for Interventional Radiology and the Assistant Program Director for Diagnostic Radiology. His clinical experience is further enriched by his work at St. Luke’s University Health Network and his teaching role as Clinical Assistant Professor (Adjunct) at Temple University’s Lewis Katz School of Medicine.
A graduate of Temple University School of Medicine, Dr. Holayter completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (Rutgers) and a fellowship in interventional radiology at the University of Wisconsin. His academic achievements include several publications and presentations, reflecting his commitment to advancing the field of interventional radiology.
